Inspired by the craft of the Kuromoji (Japanese toothpick), specifically the carving of the Kuromoji’s flat surfaces by the craftsman’s knife, the refined sophisticated aesthetic of the BEVEL line introduces an ancient craft in a modern form creating contemporary pieces which appear timeless. The BEVEL collection exposes the natural beauty of wood with subtly arranged, dramatically cut, flat planes, finished and assembled with the highest level of care.
Hand rubbed finishes complete the product by elevating the nature of the materials and dramatically expressing the piece’s overall form.
Designed and crafted to gracefully age, each piece will continue to highlight the natural beauty of the material from which it is crafted.
