This means we work carefully to design, craft, finish and even ship our products in the most sensitive, least impactful ways available.
Shipping highly finished hand crafted wood furniture takes extra care in handling and therefore shipping costs are not always immediately calculable.
When possible products will be shipped disassembled and packed to minimize shipping costs.
We will use the ship-to location to choose the most suitable shipping services available. Within Japan all products will ship via. Yamato Transport.
We ship internationally to Asia, Europe and North America. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Please note that our typical international delivery is to the nearest port of entry and the customer is responsible for customs and duties. The recipient will be responsible for these charges that are customarily collected at time of delivery. Alternative arrangements can be made in certain instances.
All CC items are made to order and lead times will vary depending on a number of factors such as material availability and production openings. Orders typically ship within 8 to 10 weeks after order confirmation and payment. All custom orders will be given a production lead time based on their unique needs at the time of order.
